DeLynda Ward

If you know me, you know that I love real estate and being of service to others. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked for Lowe's Companies corporate office for a decade. While in the Home improvement industry, I worked in planogram & merchandising (lawn & garden, hardware, home safety & security), human resources, and leadership development training for Lowe's University. I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2001, consistently ranking as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer.
In 2014, my husband and I started Ward & Ward Properties and business flourished, allowing us to open a 2nd location just 4 years later. I was honored to be awarded REALTOR® of the Year 2015, and in 2017, I served as President of the Wilkes County Association of REALTORS.
I believe in the value of lifelong learning because it allows me to better serve my clients and I enjoy representing buyers and sellers because I love connecting with people. My Professional designations include: GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist.)
