Suzanne Fairchild

Wilkes County has always been home for Suzanne. She lives in the Mulberry community with her husband, Jerry, and they attend Mt. Zion Baptist Church. They’re blessed with two sons, several grandchildren, and four lively dachshunds who keep life entertaining.

Suzanne spent 29 years with Lowe’s Companies, working across several departments and building relationships along the way. After retiring from Lowe’s, she and her husband owned and operated restaurants for 11 years before she decided it was time for a new chapter.

Her interest in real estate began in 2004, and this year she officially took the steps to turn that passion into a profession. We’re excited for Suzanne to serve the people of Wilkes County and help clients find the place that feels like home.
